Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StrotED (“the Platform”, “the Infrastructure”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the platform.

2. Candidate Membership (Free Tier)

Candidate accounts are free of charge. Candidates are granted access to the Evidence Vault, Capability Graph, and AI Growth Coach. Candidates agree to provide accurate, truthful evidence (resumes, licenses, certifications) for verification. Fabrication of credentials may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Enterprise Recruiter Membership (Paid Tier)

Recruiters and employers must subscribe to a paid Enterprise Seat ($499/mo) to access the Semantic Discovery Engine, CRM Sourcing pipelines, and double opt-in outreach tools.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable.
• Usage Limits: Seats are scoped to individual concurrent users. Sharing recruiter accounts across multiple users is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance: Recruiters agree to abide by the Recruiter Trust Layer standards. High "Ghosting Rates" or salary dishonesty will result in algorithmic penalties or seat suspension.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

The StrotED brand, custom-designed charts, capability mapping algorithms, and code interfaces are the exclusive property of StrotED. Automated harvesting, scraping, or mining of candidate profile data or capability metrics is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Limitation of Liability

StrotED is a workforce intelligence platform. While we use advanced AI and third-party verification, we do not guarantee employment for candidates or placement success for employers. StrotED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage.
