1. Sovereign Visibility & Candidate Control

At StrotED, we believe you own your professional data. Unlike legacy job boards, your profile is completely anonymized by default. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—including your Name, Email, or raw Resume PDF—to any recruiter or employer without your explicit double opt-in consent.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the Universal Workforce Intelligence Infrastructure, we collect:

  • Account Data: Email, password, and basic metadata (such as account type) when you sign up.
  • Evidence Vault Uploads: PDF resumes, professional licenses, and certifications you upload to verify your capabilities.
  • Extracted Capability Data: Structured skills, years of experience, and chronological milestones extracted via our AI processing pipeline.

3. Cryptographic Storage & Security

Your uploaded assets are stored in secure, private storage buckets. We generate temporary, expiring cryptographic Signed URLs to grant access only to authorized systems and only after you have accepted a recruiter's pitch. We implement industry-standard Row Level Security (RLS) policies at the database level to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data leaks.

4. Recruiter Trust Layer Compliance

We actively monitor recruiter behavior on the platform (such as response rate and ghosting index) to enforce marketplace accountability. Any data collected regarding recruiter-candidate interactions is used solely to maintain platform-wide integrity.

5. Your GDPR & CCPA Rights

You have the absolute right to view, download, or permanently delete your profile and all associated evidence assets at any time. Simply navigate to your Profile Settings or contact us to trigger an immediate, hard delete of your data from our active databases and storage buckets.
